FlexPrime Emporium Return Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@flexprimeemporium.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and process your exchange as quickly as possible.
3. Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items not due to our error
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@flexprimeemporium.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Include the RMA number and your original packing slip in the return package.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@flexprimeemporium.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem quickly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
